Florenzo Barbieri, Executive Chef

Executive Chef, Florenzo Barbieri joined the Royal Blues Hotel team in January 2017.
He was born in Connecticut and moved to Sicily as a young child. He trained alongside Michelin star Chefs Fulvio Pierangelini (3 Stars), and Peter Brunel (1 Star) and brings Modern Italian cuisine together with locally sourced seafood and organic produce to Chanson restaurant.

After meeting Mr Walson in a beautiful Michelin star dining room, he found his culinary view to be a very interesting.

“I thought after many years in Italy and Europe, the USA was a market to explore with progression constantly growing, and that it would give me all the creativity to be able to improve myself, and my professional profile.
